This is the time of year where we hear what upgrades are coming to our favorite cars, like the 2019 Acura TLX. What does 2020 hold for this luxury sedan? It looks like some new options and a special edition model are in the works.
This new Acura car recently got a refresh, so it’s no surprise to see that the Acura brand isn’t fixing what’s not broken. The 2020 Acura TLX will offer a few new color options though, including Majestic Black Pearl, Performance Red Pearl, and Canyon Bronze Metallic. If you go for the sportier A-Spec trim, you can opt for the exclusive Apex Blue Pearl shade.
The big news is really the launch of the 2020 Acura TLX PMC Edition. This model will be a limited-run vehicle that takes some cues from the Acura NSX. Of course, all of our cars do their best to emulate the driving experience of that impressive supercar, but this limited edition 2020 Acura TLX model goes one step further. It’s actually going to go through final assembly at the Performance Manufacturing Center in Marysville, Ohio. This is where the Acura NSX is produced.
The 2020 Acura TLX PMC is basically going to be an A-Spec model with features from the Advance Package. Expect to find features like heated rear seats, a surround view camera, and power folding mirrors, alongside Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive and a potent 3.5-liter V6 engine that puts out 290 horsepower. If you want this limited edition you’ll have to act fast, but we know that the base 2020 Acura TLX model will have a ton to offer as well!
