Each year U.S. News & World Report awards those vehicles that offer consumers the best bang for their buck. They use a methodology that combines quality and value data into one composite score with the highest scoring vehicle in each class earning the distinction of being a Best Car for the Money. Quality is measured by the overall score a vehicle earns in the U.S News car rankings and Value is measured by a combination of a vehicle’s five-year total cost of ownership and the average price paid for the vehicle at the time the awards are published.
The 2016 Acura MDX is a three-row luxury crossover SUV that has topped the 3-Row SUV category for four consecutive years while the 2016 Acura TLX is a midsize luxury sedan that has earned the top spot since it was introduced back in 2014.
